And that's part of the problem. No one is going to put in an honest day's work when they are being paid dishonest wages.

I believe people are more productive and conscientious if they get fair pay for what they do.

I'm not a big fan of taking advantage of desperate family men with mouths to feed.

I agree, but it goes both ways. If you agree to work for a lesser sum than you are accustomed, then you still put in quality work.

I just gotta say, that when "scumbag" ads like this one come up on craigslist, usually they get flagged fairly quickly, or others will put up ads that pound those ads. I feel fairly certain that usually those type people end up with meth heads and the like. I've seen it many times on low paying jobs. I agree that when you treat an employ fairly, that the employee usually bends over backwards to work hard and shows up early and stays late.
