shoes on powerlines
this is not in my area(just a random image search picture but i seen shoes on powerlines in/near my area too as well,the question is why these people do it for?? i dont get it

All kinds of stories for the reason. From gangs to drugs to bullies etc. I don't think anyone is sure how it started.

Seems this is prevalent in low income areas. Seems stupid and trashy in my honest opinion.

overhead shoes
Always seemed like a waste of good footwear to me! They hang up there until the shoestrings rot, which could take several years.

It is similar to writing your gang moniker on a wall with spray paint. Just dumb and will never understand it.
