I stopped a few years back, lost interest after I had a kid.

I have lost interest in drinking too, I found that after a long night of it, it is harder to recover. I still have the odd beer now and again but when working out in the yard now I tend to have iced tea.

That was the other reason, my recovery time is not what it used to be.

Yup it's a bugger getting older. I still do some physical things that I used to do but the pain and recovery time are sooo much longer.

I recently hit my wall and I realize it. I will never have the strength or physical ability I once had.

It's a shame that that has to happen as you get older. I still hike and stuff but anything more than that just hurts after.

I still don't need a recovery rest time, but that's only if I'm in bed early enough. Lack of sleep wrecks me.
