Carltons are actually the lowest at tar & nicotine but cost $48 a carton. I'm smoking Wave at less than $40 a carton. They're somewhat lower in bad stuff but the good part is they're made in Turkey with good Turk tobacco.

The time in the hospital with the useless patches I discovered the psychiatric cases two floors above me had a smoking room. I had carefully made plans and was in the stairwell looking for the fruitcakes when one of my nurses decided to use the stairs.

Once I got home from the hospital I stayed on the patch foe awhile but my left hand became Strangelovian. I'd be on the computer when I noticed my hand was off on it's own groping for a cigarette. There was no conscious intention at all, just a very addicted left hand.

Only now do I understand how entire cartons disappeared virtually overnight during high anxiety times.

I get an allergic reaction to the patch too but just redness and itch like hell. I can go a day but need to move the patch. The fading red rectangles are the tracks of my addiction. I use one patch over 48 hrs. I'm still smoking but less with the patch.

Are the atomizers refillable? Can you buy the "juice" separate? I could dilute that with distilled water and use a small sprayer.

Yeah I buy the juice and it costs $6 for a 10ml which is the equivalent of 140 cigs. You just put 2 drops in of whatever flavor you want and you are ready to go. I had 6 flavors tonight.
I really recommend it. If you have any questions you can always call the owners and they will
answer anything, they are super helpful.
The juice is a separate buy and they have 350 yes 350 flavors to chose from.
And you can choose how much nicotine you get anywhere from 0mg to 53mg of nicotine.
The atomizers are refillable, you just have to burn off whatever flavor you had in before
you start a new flavor. You do have to buy another heating unit (the atomizer) once in
awhile but they are only $8.50 and last a good long time.

Again I recommend it to anyone and if you have questions I can't answer call 'em up.

+1 my sons mother cheated on me with a dozen+ guys. I have never strayed in any
relationship. I will end a relationship if I feel I need to go somewhere else.
It is easier to deal with a break up then it is dealing with being cheated on.
