I am a Cabinet Maker, Plumber, Electrician, Roofer, Tile Setter, Fabricator of any and all materials.
I have been in this field for over 25 years and am currently studying for a degree in Mechanical and Structural Engineering.

You could also use cowboy, I think - depending on what state you're from.
