What's your work week like?

I'm up by 6:30, out the door by seven usually at work by 7:15, I bike in, love my Trek. I get an hour for lunch, I usually go home. Go back for a few hours, head home cook dinner, and call it a night.

I work a 9 hour day M-TH, 4 hours on Fri. (usually stay later though). Once in a while half a day on Sat. Up by 5am out the door by 6. At work by 6:15. Half an hour for lunch which I almost always bring from home. Leave for home at 4pm.

I'm Tuesday thru Saturday 8-4:30, unless there is anyone else with the day off at work. Then I am either working 7-3:30, or 3:30 to midnight. Saturdays I am the only guy in my dept, and don't usually have any work to do, so it becomes a day of listening to music, sports, and hanging out on the forums.

My official hours, upon which my paltry salary is based, are 0830 to 1630 with an hour for lunch. But that's just stupid chaos theory.

I usually get out of bed between 0530 and 0600, have a coffee and surf till around 0645, at which point I have a shower, and usually head out the door around 0730. I drive my little Jeep around some local streets and usually get to work before 0800, put my feet up and snooze till whenever I get hungry for some lunch, at which point I head out to pick up something tasty at one of the many ethnic holes in the wall in the neighborhood.

After I gorge, it's time for another siesta till quitting time around 1700.

Schedules may vary depending on mood

I get up at 4:30, have some coffee and check this and a few other forums, and my personal e-mail, then leave a little after 6am. At 6:45 I meet the other carpool members at the Park & Ride and get to work at about 7. We leave the parking garage at 4:10 and I get home about 5. Until I can hire a new person I'm doing two jobs so I also bring home the laptop on Fridays and work much of the weekend.

My official work week is Sun-Thurs 1400-2200, but anyone who knows the military knows that I usually end up working about 6 days a week, and PT is either before or after work, so that's an extra few hours a day

oorah, right?

Are you referring to "Official Nappy Poo time? Well, I have found using rigorous reasearch on this subject, that between 1400-1500 hours seems to work the best for me, provided the commute is light from the bathroom to the couch!

What's it like being able to sleep in the middle of the day? Like being teenager but not as much smart mouth?
