I grew up in North central Ok, and love Kaw lake. There really is some good fishing and the camping is or at least was pretty affordable. I haven't been up that way in a few years though and I do miss it. We live kinda near Tenkiller now and it's a pretty lake, just haven't done much there....yet.
I really enjoy Grand Lake when its not full of debri. Another nice smaller lake up north is Copan Lake. Spent alot of time crappie fishing up at copan.

I prefer smaller pieces of water for my fishing enjoyment, so I would vote Dahlgren as it is the closest to my place and I enjoy it, but the fishing sucks.
Lake Tom Steed for southwest Oklahoma(very quiet and clean), Lake Elmer Thomas for family recreation without a boat(they have waterslides and sand etc.) but Lake Texoma for the state as a whole.
