Cigar Lounges/Shops

Where do you enjoy kicking your feet up and having a smoke? What do you like about the place? Is it price? Atmosphere?

I hang out at the Buddha Bar and Smoking lounge most of the time!

I guess I mostly enjoy having my cigars and scotch in the privacy of either my own home or a friends house where I we can just relax and have good talks. But sometimes the lounges arnt too bad.

I normally prefer to smoke a cigar at home because most cigar lounges do a poor job at ventilation. That said, Orange County Cigars in Costa Mesa is a small, off the beaten path place that has relatively fair prices on their modest cigar collection. Siglo Cigar Lounge is decent.

I rarely go there because it is so far away from me, but Maxamar Cigar Lounge has a great selection of cigars.

I agree with ocluke regarding maxamar. It has a great selection, including the largest selection of Davidoff in California. There are always people hanging out but it's generally the same crowd every night. It's easy to cut in on a pick up game of poker if you're into that kind of thing.

Used to hang out at RedCloud in Fullerton before it changed owners. Now I either stay at home of grab a stogie at Embassy in Brea.

Red cloud is now 88, or something like that. It's a cool place, nice a big. but that membership is a bit lame to me.

I buy mine online at Cigarsinternational.com and smoke them at home while typing post on the computer in the comfort of my own chair.. Cigar lounges usually have a bunch of old men talking about some crazy branch of the military bs. and the lounge while convenient for shopping for cigars cause they have like a million different brands you'll pay upwards of $10 for a cheapie to $30 for a damm good one. On CI i pay about $2.50 to $4 a stick for damned decent sticks. right at this moment I'm smoking a Rocky Patel Decade dark
