Our little home brew club meets the second thursday of every month at the Wakonda Tap Room. For those not familiar with Wakonda, they are located at 1725 Kingwood St. #4 Florence, OR 97439.
How long has this group been around? I am an estranged member of Eugene's Cascade Brewers Society. I moved to Brookings and it is home brew lonely down here.
Well there is Wild River Pizza here in town as the one and only brew pub. However they do their actual brewing at one of their other locations. Don't know if it's Cave Junction, Grant's Pass or Medford. Next closest is Six Rivers in McKinnleyville, CA, just north of Arcata/Eureka.
It's Cave Junction. Mid style beers, what you would expect at a restaurant that brews. Nothing special or WoW from Wild River, but pretty good pizza as I remember!!
Gives you a reason to travel North once in a while!!
