Orlando Homebrewing clubs?

I've also heard about the Volusia County Homebrewers' Association. They meet in downtown DeLand, if you're on the north side of central Florida. They had a presence at the CFHB's Sunshine Challenge competition this past weekend.

Pretty much only Saturday's and Sundays.

Hi, great to find a local brewing forum. I've been reading up and collecting info from the web and am about ready to make my first brew. The question I have is what is the best brew shop around here with fresh ingredents and helpful staff that don't mind answering question? I'm on the east side near UCF campus so if there is one close to here all the better. Thanks!

There is only one homebrew shop in town, Hearts.
Don't expect to get any advice from them though. They are by no means a hobby shop.
