So Where is the Best German Food?

I have been looking for the best authentic German food in the valley, I miss my Grandmothers cooking. I need a Schnitzel plate, some Sp?tzle, and red cabbage! please post up your favorites, I used to go to Felsen Haus after work at BMW, loved that place!

My favorite german food is at Haus Murphy's on Glendale and 51st ave ish. Good traditional german fare, and good beer served in widow makers =) It was reviewed on the food network recently, and has some great food.

Haus Murphy's! I go there about once every 6 months with the guys from work. The last time in we hit a Friday night and the Umpap music was playing made for great atmosphere.
