In Oregon if it's sits still & is outside it's likely to bloom. The common brick is no exception.


It required two days of scraping with a putty knife to clean the moss out of the shingles on one apartment building.




When I camp I get to see closeup how a huge tree is quickly converted into tree food for the next generations. The banana slug is a large part of that process.

The kids were flying kites in the back yard when I noticed a rainbow color cloud above Selah, Washington. By the time I got my camera, most of the color was gone. In these pics you can still see a little color.

A very nice wildlife park on the way to my cabin. I can't go in with the topless Jeep, the caribou would eat my seats

A great place though!! The scenery and wildlife picture opportunities are outstanding!

I think tornado alley needs your masons. Over and over the only walls I see standing are brick or stone. I saw two cases where the roof was gone and so was everything in the house but the walls stood like WW II burned out cathedrals.

Best time to visit the Philly Zoo is the very rare warm rainy day in February. The animals are starved for attention.
