Inexpensive but safe neighborhood to raise a family?
My husband and I want to relocate to Pittsburgh. Our goal is to buy a cheap house, fix it up and then eventually sell it for profit and move to our "forever home". We are looking to spend 70K or less BUT we do have three small children so a safe neighborhood and decent school district is important to us. And of course, resale value of the home will also be important in a few years. Any recommendations for neighborhoods? We are willing to be up to 30 minutes from downtown.
