There are lots of sushi places sprouting up faster than I can keep track of, what is good out there?

I would say the Murata, I also liked Mika.

Um, avoid the go-arounds

Sinju (in the Pearl) is really good.

Saburo's in SE. World's largest sushi. Always a line; never takes reservations. Very fresh. Worth the wait.
