Neighborhood lacking small microbrewery

Hey all,
What neighborhood in PDX would you say is lacking a small, friendly microbrewery? Somewhere cozy and personable, where you could get growler fills/cornies and sample a few pints in a small tasting room on weekends?

That makes two of us!

But to answer the question: every neighborhood needs a small microbrewery!

The downtown Hillsboro area (specifically, the main strip) could use a small brewpub... the closest place with handcrafted brews (that I know of) is the McMennamins Imbrie Hall & Roadhouse.

The Roadhouse is great, don't get me wrong, but it's a drive from downtown Hillsboro.

Thanks for the replies... I'm asking because I'll be relocating to Portland in the next year, have been homebrewing for about 8 years, and would eventually like to open up a very small brewery. I've spent a good amount of time in Portland, and definitely know some neighborhoods that DON'T need another brewery, but want to get an idea of which neighborhoods are underserved when it comes to a grassroots beer source.

I know opening a brewery in Portland is not a novel idea; but I have tried the beers at the majority of the breweries in PDX and think I have something different and enjoyable to offer.

Yes, IslandTJ, that's why I'm specifically asking about underserved neighborhoods.
