The walk uphill from work every day has been great for me so far. I've lost about 15 pounds in the last 3 weeks since I started and I can already feel less pressure on my back from it.
There's a YMCA up the street from where I work I might join. It's nice too because it's in a nice guarded financial center with an Omni hotel in it. |
I exercised once or twice a year, now not so much.

I am getting back up to everyday, I have to say the only things I really hate (I like working out) are push-ups, and running. The rest once you build up the muscles aren't that bad to do.

i just use it for running, im not much of a lifter...
