I go at least once every year. I love it there. I have a dirtbike and Jeep so that makes it extra fun. It's fun if you have a boat there also then you don't have to walk as far in the sand....lol

How much power do you loose in the sand? I'd like to atv there some time, but my little brother rides a 200cc Yama Blaster. Would he be able to ride there without blowing up the poor little 2-stroke?

Girlfriend litterly is down the road from it, so I got there often. Its pretty awesome!
Takes it toll on my jeep though.
Good thing her driveway is perfect for breaking down in!

The dunes are awesome... been there when a nasty storm blew in from the lake... only but a few ran for shelter... rained the heck, then the sun can back out and we had the park to oursleves for while....best time ever!

I don't really feel like I lose any power in my jeep but I don't have any experience with a quad up there. Sorry I guess for posting in the wrong section.
