Many old families in Canada passed through Montreal on their way into the interior. Good luck with your research.

I always suspected it, but now I'm sure.

Mont Royal is a really nice place to take some pictures.
I need to get up there during a snow storm.

Anyone that visits Montreal has to visit Mont Royal.

So, who here has actually visited Montreal?

Not yet, but I'd like to someday.

It's not that far away. You would probably like it a lot.

Lot's of student demonstrations protesting tuition fee hikes up here lately. Crazy stuff happening almost every day. Here a picture of the almost naked protest.

Things are getting out of hand up here but it's morbidly entertaining. Over 100 days of protests now.
