Good Home Brew Supply Locations

I usually head up to Home Brew Heaven in Everett, but does anyone know of any other good home brew supply shops that have a good selection and aren't supper expensive?

If you come to Lakewood The Beer Essentials is about all you'll find, but a great place still. I don't think they are too expensive on their ingredients, but their equipment is over priced.

Definately give Larry's Brew Supply a try. They're in Kent on 212th in the valley west of 167. Prices are good and they've got tons of ingredients, books, equipment, etc. on hand and can order something if they don't have it. Not to mention they're quite knowledgeable and very helpful.

Also, the Impaling Alers club also meets there on the 3rd Friday of the month at 7pm. You should come by if you're in the area!

+1 on Larry's.

Also, Mountain Homebrew in Kirkland, but some items are a bit on the pricey side

I vote for the Cellar Homebrew
14320 Greenwood Avenue N.
Seattle, WA 98133

The Cellar Homebrew

They have a great website but you can just walk in there and all your questions will be answered. A while back I was making a kegerator for my husband and they basically did everything but build it for me. They are awesome!

And they have great grains you can grind yourself, a great supply of different hops and tools.

I've had great experiences at Olympic Brewing Supplies in Bremerton for those of us in the West Sound.

2817 Wheaton Way Ste 102
Bremerton, WA 98310
(360) 373-1094
Olympic Brewing

The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help. Prices aren't too bad either!

Hit up John at Market Cellar Winery in Seattle - he's a wealth of knowledge and has some great deals at times. Plus there's always wines to taste!

+1 for Larry's. They do have the best prices around. I only wish they had a better, more updated website.

- on Cellar

Store is dirty and extract is expensive.

I go with Bobs just because it has better layout, friendly knowledgable staff, and it's clean.

+3 on Larry's ... family run I think. Good little place in the middle of industrial Kent (don't know how many times I drove by it without seeing it).
