Weekend Plans in San Marcos

How do most of us spend our weekends? I've been looking for things to do in the area. I'm thinking kid friendly, but whatever it is you do will work.

You can go 15 minutes west to Wimberley and take the kids to Pioneer Town. There is also Wimberley Glassworks and the Bansai Gardens. Wonderworld in San Marcos.
