Great Local Bands
Saw 'Future Islands' again last night. They played at the newly revamped Kings in downtown Raleigh. Great show! They always put on a good show, I definitely recommend them. What are some other local favorites?

Embarrassing Fruits (Chapel Hill) and Free Electric State (Durham) are both awesome.

I love Wigg Report (Durham) and Lost in the Trees (Carrborro).

Someone who always puts on a... interesting... show is Billy Sugarfix. I love that guy.

If you are ever in Charlotte, definitely check out "Eyes of the Elders." I've been going to their shows since 04 when they started. Awesome group worth going to see.
