I buy my Wife flowers a couple of times a month. Not because I did anything, just because.
My Daughter has been asking non stop for them. I finally got her some yesterday.
When I give my wife flowers she gives me a kiss and says thanks.
When I give my Daughter flowers it was like a meltdown. Last night alone she told me she loved me 1,000 times and kept trying to pull me into her room to look at them and tell me how pretty they are.
For all you guys worried about having daughters, don't be, it's one of the single greatest pleasures I have ever known.
Flowers are good, whatever I do I have to set time aside for them, as individuals. I think guys group them together and on a long enough time line that will catch up to you.

Thought I would share.
nice feelings. I get some of that from my friend's 15 year old. Even a small gift is treasured and shown to friends at school. I feel unworthy.
In PA I often hit a local farmer's market where a dozen roses might sell for $5 or less. I often grabbed a dozen and gave them to my neighbor's 4 daughters.
The saddest thing is meeting a grown woman who never received flowers.
See if Jake has a flower connection.........

My daughter is 13 so I'm getting some ambivalency about that statement.
In the past I would have agreed whole heartedly and I'm sure I will again!
But not right now.

I should stipulate, don't worry till they turn 13.

Your heart is in the heart of the right place Austin.
No matter what happens along the road of life, the trick is to keep it there.
Wish I had a daughter . . none . I get my wife flowers now and then, it's long way way over due though, I must admit. She deserves it I suppose, she's stayed in here a few.
