Happy Hour
Technically, Happy Hour doesn't exist in the Commonwealth, but there's ways to get around it. What are your favorite places? I'm thinking drink specials, not food. (Capital Ale House doesn't count).

Monday nights on hell block, most bars have $1 beers. Cous Cous, Ipanema, and a couple others.

Balliceax does as well, I can't remember the times though. I think mixed drinks are like $3 and beers $2. It's upscale, but they don't really care how you dress and the staff are all cool as hell.

You'll find an "Happy Hour" at the new "TGI - FRIDAY'S" (US-360 East of Mechanicsville)......and, some food to go along with your drinks...

Mondays Fallout has $1 PBR's and $.25 wings (and the wings rule) though I wouldn't expect most people on this forum to go there lol

try out the roxy between 5:30 and 7:30 or baha bean between 5-8 on monday wed and fri...
