Other homebrew shops in Richmond and Environs?

Yep, you guessed it. I'm another transplant from Homebrewtalk.

Anyway, I get all my grain, hops, and whatnot from the Weekend Brewer in Chester but it's a bit of a haul from the Southside and I keep hearing that there are or were other homebrew shops in Richmond. Anyone know of any?

The Compleat Gourmet on Cary has some stuff, but not a real big selection. They are willing to place orders for you if you give them a week or two heads up. I usually order stuff online or head down to Chester if I need something in a hurry. If you ever get down to Norfolk check out homebrewUSA. Mike and those guys are awesome.

Bob has the majority of the ingredients needed for a brewday at The Weekend Brewer, but if you need liquid candi sugar or fresh flower hops then look to online sources.
