I need rainy day ideas for something to do in the Rochester, NY area

I have 2 year old twins and I'm looking for ideas to keep them busy on rainy days. We have been going to the strong museum of play but they are still a little young for this.

any ideas for me?

Thanks☺

I haven't been around the area long enough to know much to do but,

My kids have been here a few times and love it. I am not sure how much they have for the little ones but it's worth checking out..

Well I was going to suggest Strong Museum but since you already did I'm not sure. Cuz if you are talking rainy days then the Zoo would be out. Although I haven't been to that zoo in some time now so I don't even know what condition it's in anymore...

Bounce it out is fun, and they have an area for little kids too.

There's the Corning Museum of Glass; it's a road trip but well worth your time.

In the spring take a trip to the Caledonia fish hatchery. Kids like to see and feed the fish.

Drive to Mendon Ponds Park and see how many deer you can find. There's also a bird feeding area off the southern entrance. The chickadees will light in their hands to feed. They'll screech with terror or glee but they'll remember the time they fed the birds.

Grab your rain coats and visit Cummings Nature Center off the East side of Honeoye Lake.
