Marine forecast for Rochester area, water spouts..

I keep hearing about them from the locals. I guess it's more like a dust devil in Az than a tornado in Kansas (or NYC )

Northeast winds 5 to 15 knots increasing to 10 to 20 knots. A chance of waterspouts. A chance of showers. Waves 2 to 3 feet building to 5 to 7 feet.
