Rochester area, I need a few pallets.

Anyone in the Rochester area know where I can legally obtain 3 or 4 pallets to stack my firewood on?
I had multiple unlimited supplies back in Indy but I don't know anyone around here yet.. my contact book is empty..

Check your penny savers and on craigslist. Seen a bunch of places advertise them. Sometimes the penny saver people even put them out.

Like smashing posted before...check your local newspaper. If your willing to drive a little, I always see the Finger Lakes Times in Geneva advertising free pallets.

Check with small appliance stores. There's usually a pile of packing materials somewhere near by. Pretty sure they need to pay to dispose of that stuff, so giving it to someone who needs it is a win/win.
