Whats your favorite San Diego Brewery?

1. Pizza Port
2. Stones
3. Green Flash

I'd say my favorite is Lost Abbey. The beer is great at Stone, but a bit of a yuppy vibe.

I'm a Home Brewer, so I like to taste beers without spending an arm and a leg. I like to go to Home Brew Mart to get my supplies and enjoy sampling the Ballast Point Brewing beers on tap. They share the same space.
I also like to check out the brews at the Firehouse Brewing Company near the Stadium. They have reasonable prices, a bit meager on accomodations, but it is a great place to hang in the sun with some good company if you are in the neighborhood.

Craft Breweries/Brewpubs in CA

Stone is currently only located in Escondido, but they are opening a growler filling/bottle sellin/tasting room in South Park soon.

For me, the hands down best brewery in San Diego is Alpine Beer Co.

There are also many great breweries in addition to Alpine though.

the la jolla brewhouse is a pretty cool place to hang out, they have a couple of decent brews and the food is pretty good. great music too.
