In no particular order:

Alpine
Stone
Mother Earth (new in Vista)
Green Flash
Port Brewing

Anybody else that brews with a lot of hops.

I like Stone for the ambiance of their garden park. They also show movies outside in the park during the summer.

I love the Koi at the Karl Straus restaurant in Sorrento Valley. It's been awhile since I was there. I hope it still is.

I agree with the above. Stone is great, a nice hoppy beer without being overwhelming. Lost Abbey does an excellent job of creating very complex brews that really make you admire what it is they do. Ballast Point has some great stuff that you can only get on tap. Visit a tasting room and be impressed.

I got a taste of Stone's IPA back in August when we were there. I've tried some of their others since, and I'm a big fan!
