zach's in berkeley by far, but if you go with the half bake and take home, even better. I think it's something with adding extra butter.

One vote for Skipolini's. Their veggie is great... but I like to add pepperoni... which sort of makes it not a veggie, but it's good!

Zachary's is great.

I like Tony & Alba's in San Jose. Great pizza sauce.

Old Chicago Pizza in Petaluma. Best pizza I've ever had...and I've had a lot of pizza
Have to agree that Old Chicago is the best deep dish I have had. The place is cool and funky with its red brick building and second floor view of Petaluma Boulevard. The standard candled pizza holder to keep it warm is always nice, but man, the pizza is really great! Keep in mind though... it IS deep dish pizza!

Actually, some of the best beers on the planet! But then, I'm spoiled and somewhat biased. The pizza is good for thin crust and is usually very consistent. You can create your own version from what they offer by adding her and taking away there with no guff from the servers or kitchen. One warning: if you like your crust crispy, make sure to tell them you want it EXTRA-EXTRA CRISPY!!! They don't usually send it out crispy.
Another, better option is to get the pizza bites. Same options but a better deal for the money and they are already cut into manageable bites!
