How are you cooking your Turkey? Happy Turkey Day!

I am thinking about soaking in brine this time because I've had it before and it was really juicy.

Happy Holidays!

Brine soaked turkeys are great. So are smoked turkeys. This year my son is cooking and just told me he is having prime rib instead of turkey. I love them both, but I'm certain there won't be any left over prime rib for me to take home!

Moist Turkey Is Best

Try a large "Green Egg" to cook your turkey. It is by far the best way to cook a turkey.

Don't know what a Green Egg is? Google it....
