Alert! Parents please be aware this summer...
I am copying this from another online source along with any other pertinent info. that revealed itself in that thread:

It's not really public, this was from the wife of a person that works at the San Marcos half priced books location. It SHOULD be public!

Of course they did, that is how they found out this suspect has been targeting other children in the area. Might be in the police beat
