Construction next to Lowe's

I can't help but notice what looks to be a new shopping center sprouting up next to Lowe's, does anybody know what stores/businesses will be moving in?

The anchor store will be a SAMS CLUB....
the others will be the usually stores that follow the big box stores around like those little sucker fish that stick to sharks and eat all the scraps that a shark is too lazy to eat....

But I aint complaining.....

Hopefully they will put in a Office Max as well. Office Depot just isn't enough for all my office needs.

I'm all for a chic fil a or however you spell it. No matter how you spell it, it tastes so good......and those waffle fries.........yummy!!!!........not to mention the hotties that gave out free samples (chicken) at Sharpstown Mall in Houston back in the day. Oh to be young again!
