Willie....Yeah as in Willie Nelson...
He's playing a benifit concert for Kent Finnly who owns Cheatham Stree Whearhouse. Seems he has bone cancer (or some bad form of the Big C) I don't know where or when, probably next month at the civic center, but I will say this....Their tryin' to get George Strait to play there ( and ol' George hasn't played here in town since his daughter was killed up on RR12 I beileve). There's a bunch of other big names but I don't know who they are YET.

just so you know, george straits daughter died on hunter rd. across the street from a diamond shamrock. george used to hafve flowers delivered to her "spot" but now the road has expanded and i dont think they can do it anymore.
