The owner Mr Hart was just a jackwagon to us.
I paid all 1400$ rent with no help from my roommates the month i went to cali last summer. Unbeknownst to me, my roommates had electricity illegally. When I got back I had an eviction notice because I didnt split the electricity deposit to get it turned on in our names... o.O
He wouldnt even hear my side of the story and that IIIIIIIII am the only reason rent was paid in the first place. When I asked for a copy of my lease, he wouldn't issue one to me because one had already been issued to 'us' (all the roommates got one copy to split)
