Looking for an house/duplex for rent

I'm a 21 year old non-smoker looking for a house or a duplex for rent for my Fiancee and I. I prefer it to be somewhere quiet and away from all the partying. (Maybe I'm the wrong town, haha.) I have two small dogs so pets would have to be acceptable. I'm looking for a 1-2 bedroom but I'm not too picky about that as long as it is in a good part of town and quiet. A yard is a plus, too. Let me know what you have
