My boyfriend and I are both moving from Austin to San Marcos in August 2003, and are looking for a third person to join us in a 3 bedroom house or duplex with a 2 car garage. There are a few places I've been eyeing and we'd like to find a 3rd roommate to keep rent costs down.
You: 21+, clean, male or female, laid back, likes cats (we have one now, maybe two by August), not a loud partier but can let loose every now and then, wouldn't mind parking in the street for lesser rent.
My boyfriend and I each have 2 cars and work on them so we'd like the garage and driveway, and in return can offer you less than 1/3 of the rent.
Bills not included, but I am offering free roadrunner and basic cable. The app fees are $25/person and deposit is $600/3 so $200 each. My boyfriend likes to cook too so if you don't mind splitting groceries sometimes, you can get your meals cooked for you!
