i need someone to take over my room until august. i have to move out because of a new job opportunity and will no longer be living in san marcos. if you would live here, you would be in a master bedroom with your own bathroom. i currently have 2 male roommates, both 23 years old. they are both very easy to get along with and fun. they both graduate in august... just for you to get an idea about them. it is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath duplex on cedar grove. currently i pay 400/month, but i will negotiate with you if you cant afford that. anything will help me out, i just dont want to pay all that while i am not even living here. its a nice place and i know you will like my roommates. contact me at
