Moving from Houston to San Marcos, it was really hard for me to adjust to the Mexican food there. I seriously would tell people that if you're hung over, Herberts does the trick, but other than that, just go to Taco-C. With that said, I went to Garcias last weekend when visiting some friends, and it was pretty good. So, I guess now it's either Taco-C (Taco Cabana) or Garcias for me.
