Polar bear float

Who is crazy enough to float down the river this year? I'm pretty sure the float is taking place tomorrow. Yes, the river will be the same temperature, but floating in 40 degree weather doesn't really appeal to me!

I didn't go, but when I passed by I saw a lot of older people in wet suites. I hear the cops have cracked down on drinking while floating.

I didn't know that was illegal. Seems counterproductive.

you can drink and float if your of age. obviously.

I remember hearing something about new open container rules. I think it's only on certain river, though.

oh yeah they are tired of people throwing trash in the water, but taking the drinking out of floating is reallyyyyy gonna hurt the business of it. People float to drink, its how its always been.
