Red Christmas tree in SM

Does anyone know where , or who owns that tree of red lights that forms a christmas tree. Coming south from austin on 35 if you look to your right right before the BK, you can see off to the distance a tree of red lights..

just wondering because i think i see it every year but dunno whose it belongs to..
