Doors open at noon and the event continues throughout the day,
free of charge and open to all ages!
There will be a washer tournament kicking off at 2:00pm, free fajitas, prizes, giveaways such as a year-long pass to River Road Icehouse, and a live radio broadcast from 92.1 KNBT Americana Radio!
And of course, live music! Devil's Hollow, Modern Day Drifters, Midnight River Choir, and Flywood will be playing! Devil's Hollow will be performing 4pm-6pm, with other times TBA.

DEVIL'S HOLLOW is a rock band blending elements of Southern soul, funk, blues, with a dash of jazz. Originally a blues-rock trio, the addition of 20-year old guitarist Tom Young and little brother Pat Young has presented Devil's Hollow with a dynamically tight four-piece, occasionally joined by organist Matt Cain from San Marcos' funk staple, Spank. Fronted by the dueling lead guitars of Young and Justin Murray, Devil's Hollow's original material consists of strong, heavy rhythm and the presence of two established lead guitarists. Melding music of many genres, Devil's Hollow believes in the power of live performance and strong musicianship, qualities forgotten by many bands today. Devil's Hollow closed out their first full year together playing with former Austin 'Band of the Year' (SXSW 2003) Del Castillo. Over the past year, they have toured statewide, opening for alt-rock's Vallejo in Corpus Christi, renegade countryman Jackson Taylor in San Antonio, and have been paired with Americana country artists such as Bleu Edmondson and Rich O'Toole, displaying the band's ability to match up with bands of other genres. Recently Devil's Hollow opened for The Mother Truckers, 2007's 'Roots-Rock Band of the Year', furthering their push in anticipation of their debut album release.

Full of a variety of influences and styles that range from stone cold country to hard rock, the
MODERN DAY DRIFTERS represent a brand of music they have developed that stems from the roots of soul and southern rock, to the front porch of the country. Lyrically, the tales the Drifters have to tell are influenced by the hard miles traveled down highways both literal and figurative. They were recently nominated for 'Best New Artist' at the 2009 Gruene With Envy Awards.

MIDNIGHT RIVER CHOIR hails from New Braunfels, Texas, and are currently in studio. They will performing at the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo on February 9th, in advance of the River Road Icehouse performance, and regularly perform at New Braunfels' Billy's Ice and San Marcos' Cheatham Street Warehouse. They also recently recorded a segment for PBS--televised Texas Music Cafe.
