Can someone give me a small blurp about the place?

I heard about a concert going on there earlier this year when I was down in San MArcos, but what is the place primarily used for?

They have wake-boarding competitions, sell merchandise and have a small bar/ restaurant. Pretty cool place. And you're right, the do have promo concerts there sometimes as well.
