Great Beer Selection in Scranton

One of the best places ive found to go get a cold one is the BackYard Ale House. They have a massive selection of beer, if you want to drink it they probably have it kind of selection. Whats even better is the prices are reasonable and they serve the beer in the proper glass, even if that means a large german beer garden mugs.

I would add that there is a distributor in Dunmore over by the Pricechopper across from McDonald's & Sheetz that has a nice selection. They also often have something on special for a while. Last time I was in there, they had the Anniversary edition of Guinness for $15/case.

If we are talking places to grab one at the rail, yes the Backyard Ale House is outstanding!!! Coopers also has a fantastic menu, although they always seem to be out of a lot.

Hands down the BEST distributor is ACE Beverage in Eynon. They have a ridiculous selection. Trust me they are the best thing next to driving to Shangys.
