Elbe WA is a nice place to go wheeling. Though really anywhere out in the country is going to have tons of spots.

I don't do either, but I know there is a couple small airports around the Greater Seattle area that have Skydiving Flights. As for the Paragliding, you might try a google search for clubs in the area, as I am sure there are some, but I have no knowledge of them at all.

There may be some locations where you could jeep as you put it to a location that would be suitable to Paragliding, a search for a local club I think would be the best bet.

Monroe is where I skydived at. My one and only time...it was a failed attempt to red myself of the fear of heights...but, I'm glad I tried it! By the way, Kapowsin has had a few fatalaties over the years, and at the time I took my first jump, the thought of dying scared me off a bit...a good friend of mine at the time said only two things come out of the sky; bird s*** & fools...I had to laugh...

Regarding Jeeping/4x4-ing, the trails I/we generally frequent are Evans Creek, Elbe Hills, Naches & the Manastash area. Tahuya (near Belfair, WA) has some very easy trails and two difficult rock climbs. A fun day for some light 4x4-ing...
