Looking for a PM/CM - cost gig

I'm looking for a new gig with a STABLE firm (i.e., no executive Chernobyls in the making). Puget Sound area preferred (in-laws in area), but beyond okay.

I'm a prof eng with strong CM/PM and cost guestimating experience. Horizontal or vertical (preferred) construction. Military, health care, infrastructure and more.
