I did not have a redbull that day, hence no wings. And I cant jump very high, so I have no from the top pics yet.

On a more serious note, it costs a fortune to go up there and we only go on special occasions when someone from back east comes who is interested in going up. I have not been up yet with the new camera but would love to get lucky and go up after dark on a clear night.

Here are a few

Looking north at Lake Union. The hill on the left is Queen Ann Hill. Just north of Queen Ann Hill and to the right (at the north end of Lake Union) is Wallingford. North east of the lake and just above the bridge is the U District. Named that because of the University of Washington. Center right is the north edge of Capital Hill.

Looking east at the north end of downtown and Capital Hill in the background.

Looking at downtown. In the center of the picture, running above 5th Ave is the Monorail and in the background you can see Mt. Rainier. Below and slightly to the right of Mt Rainier you can see Qwest and Safeco Fields.

A little closer shot of Elliot Bay with the stadiums and a ferry coming into dock.

This is the only shot I got looking west.

I'm not sure because I never watch it but I believe this is where they film the helicopter landing on Greys Anatomy.

Great pictures!

Looks like a fire truck parked below the helicopter pad. Not really what one wants to see parked below when looking out the window of a tall building.
