Parking Permits for Residents

How can this Mayor just decide to double the parking permits for residents. Come on.... I have to pay 20 bucks a car to park in my own town? 25 cents for each 15 minutes at a meter?

Welcome to MA. They get you coming and going. There was a time when Somerville only had permit parking in certain areas close to the business districts. But with the economy the way it is, they converted the whole city a couple years ago.
