Surf spots in Hilton Head

It's not great and you have time the tides but with a good storm we got some decent break at two beaches "Burkes" and North Forest Beach. North of the Broad as we call it there is better breaks at "Hunting island" just gotta watch for sunken tree stumps as erosion has gotten bad over the years. Not in SC, but right across the border in Georgia is "Tybee" island that has a good break similar to Myrtle Beach.

I personally do not surf but my daughters friends tend to go often to Folly Beach or to the Isle of Palms. They do enjoy going when there are storms out at sea that bring in bigger than normal waves.
