Finally Spring, what are you doing

Now that it appears spring, with summer shortly behind it, has finally decided to grace us with its presence, what are you chomping to get out an do in Spokane?

My indulgences are:

Brewing beer with the garage open
Sitting on the patio at the elk
Getting up to the lake

Brewing some beer outdoors is definitely high on my list (My wife will be happy I'm outside doing it too! She can't stand the smell of the wort.)
BBQing without needing a winter coat and beanie
Playing some baseball and frisbee in the park
Sitting in the sun enjoying a good book (preferably on brewing)

Here the chill of Winter pretty much ended on 1/10/11 but the dark wet Spring slowed any real growth until the last week.

Finally Spring

For the last 6 years the owner's wife sends down pink, purple & white plants for each tenant. While attractive they've become boring so this year I'm combating boring with bright yellows.



Third year for my rhubarb so I expect a tasty crop.
